COMPANY
ENGINEERING
STUDIO.
Smart-AI builds web products, AI agents and automation for companies in the UK, USA, Australia, Germany and Spain. We opened in Mérida in 2026 as the Spanish arm of Smart-UI, and we work the way the parent studio has worked for eight years: fixed scope, weekly demos, and a closing report that puts the numbers before and after side by side.

HOW WE WORK
Receipts, not adjectives
Every engagement opens and closes with the same report format: metric, before, after. If we cannot move the number, we say so before you pay.
Senior people only
The engineer who scopes your project is the one who ships it. No juniors billed at senior rates, no account manager between you and the code.
Fixed scope, fixed price
Scope, timeline and expected ROI in writing before work starts. Change requests get priced, not smuggled into the estimate.
AI accelerates, engineers own
We use AI across delivery and it makes us faster. Accountability for what ships stays with a person whose name you know.
Two languages, one bar
English and Spanish from the same team. Nothing is lost handing your project to a local office, because there is no handover.
We stay after launch
Monitoring, monthly health reports and a 48-hour defect SLA. A site that quietly degrades six months later is a project that failed.
PART OF
A Smart-UI company
The 315 projects, the eight years and the 4.9 on Clutch belong to the group - we say so plainly rather than let a two-year-old brand imply it earned them alone. What is local is the team you actually work with: Mérida, CET, English or Spanish, no handover to an office in another time zone.
